Square is a POS and payments platform used by restaurants and nightlife venues. The Tablelist + Square integration pulls same-day Square orders into a reservation so staff can attach the right ticket without retyping spend.

How it works

Connect Square in Integrations with an access token and Location ID. When you open a reservation and select a POS order, Tablelist searches Square orders created on that reservation’s diary date and maps ticket, table, guest, subtotal, tax, tip, and total.

What syncs

• Open and completed Square orders for the reservation day
• Ticket / reference ID, table (ticket name), and guest name when Square provides them
• Subtotal, tax, tip, and total for spend on the reservation
