Omnivore is a universal POS middleware platform — a single layer that connects hospitality software to dozens of legacy POS brands. If your venue runs on an Omnivore-supported POS, one Tablelist connection covers it: no separate connectors, no extra credentials per brand.

How it works

Staff add a special “TABLELIST” menu item to each check in the POS, entering the reservation’s 5-character POS code in the comment field. When a ticket is updated or closed, Omnivore sends a real-time webhook to Tablelist, which matches the ticket to the reservation, imports itemized spend, and updates the guest’s CRM profile — all in real time.

Setup requires only an Omnivore POS Location ID. No per-brand credentials needed.

Supported POS systems via Omnivore

Aloha, Micros, Oracle Simphony, Brink, POSitouch, and other Omnivore-compatible platforms.

What syncs

  • Real-time ticket updates via Omnivore webhooks
  • Itemized spend, tax, tip, and payment data matched to reservations
  • Guest lifetime spend and CRM metrics

Available on Tablelist Pro Deluxe. One POS integration active per venue at a time.
