Mailchimp is the email marketing platform most venues already use. The Tablelist + Mailchimp integration keeps your Mailchimp audience in sync with your actual customer list — automatically, as guests are added or updated in Tablelist.

How it works

When a customer is created or updated in Tablelist, they’re synced to your connected Mailchimp list in the background. If the list doesn’t exist yet, Tablelist creates one named “[Venue Name] - Tablelist.” Each contact is added with their name, email, and VIP status — so you can segment your audience and target high-value guests without any manual exports.
