Insightly is a CRM and project management platform built for businesses that run on relationships. The Tablelist + Insightly integration goes beyond basic contact syncing — it maps reservations to Opportunities and attaches real spend data to every guest record: total spend, average table spend, visit frequency, and booking channel.

How it works

When a customer is created or updated in Tablelist, Insightly creates or updates the matching Contact — enriched with custom spend and activity fields. When a reservation or admission is confirmed, Tablelist creates a corresponding Opportunity with type, guest count, attribution source, booking channel, and status.

Spend data stays current as POS tickets and reservation totals update throughout the night, keeping Insightly records accurate through the full lifecycle of each visit.

What syncs

• Customers → Insightly Contacts (with total spend, average table spend, visit counts)
• Reservations and admissions → Opportunities (type, guests, channel, status)
• Ongoing updates as reservations progress and spend is recorded

Requires pre-created custom fields in Insightly matching Tablelist’s field names. Pending and denied reservations are excluded from sync.
