Helios is an SMS marketing platform built to help businesses convert and retain customers through text. The Tablelist + Helios integration sends customer and reservation data to Helios in real time — so your marketing team can act on guest behavior the moment it happens.

How it works

When a customer is created or updated in Tablelist, a webhook fires to Helios with the customer’s profile data, including phone number. When a reservation group is confirmed, another webhook fires with the admission details. Helios receives the data and handles segmentation, timing, and messaging on its end — no extra configuration needed in Tablelist.

A bulk backfill is also available to sync your existing customer base into Helios, including guests with phone numbers on file who haven’t made a recent booking.

What syncs

• Customer profile data on create/update (including phone number)
• Admission group data on reservation confirmation events
• Bulk backfill of existing customers available on request

Phone number must be present on the customer record for SMS delivery.
