Toast is a cloud-based point-of-sale, payments, and operations platform built for restaurants and high-volume hospitality venues. Toast helps operators manage orders, tables, payments, and reporting in one system while giving teams a live view of activity on the floor.

The Tablelist + Toast integration connects reservations with on-site spend. Staff can pull same-day Toast checks into a reservation and attach the right ticket — so operators get an accurate view of reservation spend without retyping totals.

How it works

<p>Connect Toast in Integrations with your Standard API credentials. When you open a reservation and select a POS order, Tablelist pulls Toast orders from that reservation’s business date. Staff can search by guest name or ticket number, then attach the matching check. Tablelist maps ticket, table, guest, subtotal, tax, tip, and total onto the reservation and updates guest spend.</p>

Toast does not use the POS code / Tablelist menu-item flow. The right check is selected on the reservation.

What syncs

• Open and closed Toast orders for the reservation day
• Ticket number, table, and guest name (or tab name) when Toast provides them
• Subtotal, tax, tip, and total for spend on the reservation
• Ticket status (open or closed) and opened/closed timestamps
• Staff attach the Toast order from Select POS Order. One POS integration active per venue at a time
