Billfold is a point-of-sale, payments, and guest data platform built for high-volume hospitality, nightlife, and live event venues. Billfold helps operators manage orders, tabs, payments, and guest spend in real time while giving teams a unified view of activity across their venue.

The TablelistPro + Billfold integration connects reservations directly with on-site spending. As guests order and transact, Billfold POS tickets are automatically linked to the corresponding TablelistPro reservation and updated in real time, giving operators an accurate view of reservation spend without manual reconciliation.

How it works

Each reservation in TablelistPro is assigned a unique POS code. When that code is included on a Billfold order, Billfold sends secure webhook updates to TablelistPro whenever the order is created, modified, paid, reopened, marked unpaid, or refunded. TablelistPro automatically finds the matching reservation and refreshes the associated ticket and guest spend—no manual syncing required.

What syncs

• Live POS spend while tabs are open
• Itemized receipts, including line items, quantities, discounts, and pricing
• Ticket totals (subtotal, tax, tip, and total)
• Payment details, including tender type, tip, cardholder information, and last four digits (when available)
• Ticket status updates for open, paid, unpaid, reopened, and refunded orders

For reservations to sync correctly, the TablelistPro POS code must be included on the corresponding Billfold order.
