Manage reservation requests more efficiently with the new In Progress lead status.

When a new reservation request comes in, it starts as Pending. If your team is actively working the request (calling the guest, checking availability, waiting for payment, or gathering more information, etc.) you can now move it to In Progress without approving or denying it.

• Pending and In Progress leads remain in the Leads queue until a final decision is made

Once a lead is approved, it becomes a reservation. Approved and denied leads are automatically removed from the Leads tab, helping your team stay focused on open opportunities.
