The new Linked Profiles box in a CRM profile automatically links related CRM profiles when multiple people are involved in the same booking — such as when one guest makes a reservation and another guest pays.

  • Search by either person's name, email, or phone number
  • Preserve separate customer histories while maintaining relationship context

This makes it easier to understand guest relationships, identify who booked versus who paid, and navigate between connected customers without losing individual profile data.
